When can you exchange? 🤍

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery in the following cases:

🔧 Manufacturing defect or damaged item

📦 Wrong item received

📏 Size or color exchange

🛍️ Exchange for a completely different product

Conditions that must be met 📋

👗 Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

🎀 Original packaging must be intact

📸 Clear photos of the item must be sent before handing it to the courier

🔁 Maximum 3 exchanges per order

⏰ Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Shipping Cost 🚚

In case of manufacturing defect, damage, or wrong item → We cover the shipping cost 💕

In all other cases → Shipping cost is covered by the customer

Price Difference 💰

If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid before shipping 🛍️
