1. Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and original packaging.
If the customer wishes to change the size, color, or model, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the exchange is due to a mistake from Bloomy (wrong color, wrong model, or order mix-up), we cover all shipping costs.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damages, or wrong items received.
Customers must report the issue within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos showing the defect or mistake.
Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed.
Important Notes
Used items or products with removed tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale or discounted items may have different return/exchange conditions.
Bloomy reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
